Place 1\u20442 cup of all purpose flour in a large mixing bowl along with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Add in milk and mix well. Your batter should be the right consistency to coat mushrooms; not too thick and not too runny. Set aside.<\/p><p>Make dry mix. Place 1 cup of all purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder in a mixing bowl or ziplock bag mix until fully combined. Set aside.<\/p><p>Grab your frying pan, add and heat oil.<\/p><p>When oil is hot enough, coat each oyster mushroom in the wet batter then in dry mix until evenly coated. Note: do not go back and forth between the wet and dry batter to prevent over breading, it will not fry well!<\/p><p>Carefully place mushrooms in oil allowing mushrooms to fry for about 3 &#8211; 4 minutes until evenly browned.
