Cut tofu in rectangle shaped blocks (see photo).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>2. <\/i><\/span>Pour a generous amount of nutritional yeast in a bowl. Add salt &amp; pepper and combine with nutritional yeast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>3. <\/i><\/span>Using your hands, coat all sides of the tofu blocks in the yeast mixture and place on baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>4. <\/i><\/span>Bake tofu for approximately 30 minutes, or until crispy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>5. <\/i><\/span>Serve on salad, or by themselves with salsa or warmed marinara sauce and <span class=\"s1\"><b><i>CHOW DOWN!<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed Nutritional yeast, to taste Salt &amp; Pepper, to taste Directions 1.
