Why did you go Vegan?
Actually started by watching documentaries when we first got Netflix in 2014. I’ve always loved animals and basically stopped cold after watching Vegucated.
What is your go-to breakfast when you are on the run?
Any kind of toast- avocado or peanut butter with apples
What is your favorite vegan or accidentally-vegan dish at a restaurant?
Hashbrowns!
What is your favorite vegan dish to cook?
Tacos with lentil and walnut meat

I’m still struggling to make hummus as good as store bought.
What are your five staple groceries?
Pasta, hummus, bananas, avocado, black beans
Where do you get your protein? 😉
I eat a lot of nuts/trail mix, chickpeas, grains
