PAN is Hiring!

Activist Training Coordinator

Peace Advocacy Network (PAN) seeks a part-time Activist Training Coordinator to help build an animal activist certification program based on our vegan values of kindness, compassion, obtainability, and abolitionism. This is a one-year, grant-funded, position with possible renewal.

About PAN

PAN promotes a peaceful existence through veganism, social justice, and respect for the Earth’s inhabitants and resources. PAN strives for the absence of violence in the lives of people and animals by eliminating oppression and inequality.

PAN is a grassroots 501(c)(3) founded in 2010 and primarily achieves its mission through a free 30-day Vegan Pledge Program that provides all the tools and support needed to lead a successful and healthy vegan life. Weekly meetings with cooking demonstrations, discussions on health, the impact on our environment, and animal ethics, panel discussions about living in a non-vegan world, cookbooks, mentors, and more all support program participants. PAN’s 2021 alumni survey found that 74% of participants stay vegan after the program and another 24% eat fewer animal-based products.
