- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tbsp Oats
- 15-20 drops Liquid Stevia or 1 Tbsp Agave
- 1 cup Dairy Free Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
3. Top with nuts, seeds, or fruit and DIG IN!
For chocolate: add 1 tbsp cocoa powder
For vanilla latte: instead of 1 cup milk, use 2/3 cup non dairy milk, and 1/3 cup cold coffee (great way to use leftovers from the coffee pot!)
