"My only regret is not going vegan earlier!"

Why did you go Vegan?
I made a commitment to non-violence and realized that I could not practice that while actively harming other living sentient beings, and the more I learned about the the suffering of animals at the hands of humans who exploit them, and the consequences is has for our planet, our health and even our fellow humans, I did not want to be part of that system of oppression. It became clear to me that I could be be part of the problem or part of the solution. My only regret is not going vegan earlier!

What is your go-to breakfast when you are on the run?
Oatmeal and blueberries

Where do you get your protein? 😉
LOL. LEGUMES and every other plant-based source of protein!
