Why did you go Vegan?
To help with my endometriosis symptoms.

What is your go-to breakfast when you are on the run?
Signature smoothie: spinach, spirulina, banana, coconut water, pineapple, and hemp hearts.

What is your favorite vegan or accidentally-vegan dish at a restaurant?
French fries

What is your favorite vegan dish to cook?
Cauliflower Alfredo

Tell us about a vegan recipe you tried to make but didn’t quite succeed (or failed entirely!)
When I first started transitioning to a vegan lifestyle there were many, the most memorable one was my first attempt at mac and cheese when I accidentally used vanilla almond milk instead of plain. Didn’t come out quite how I had planned!

What are your five staple groceries?
Tofu, apples, avocado, broccoli, almond butter

Where do you get your protein? 😉
Chickpeas, tofu, tempeh, beyond meat sausages to name a few 🙂

Do you live with any companion animals?
Yes!

What one-sentence advice would you give your pre-vegan self?
If you feel guilty about what you’re doing, you’re already halfway to becoming vegan.

Share a favorite vegan hack with us (can be food, clothing, makeup, anything cruelty-free related).
Flax seeds mixed in water and strained are great for hair gel!

What has been your favorite memory/moment with PAN?
Fundraising this year via Facebook for my birthday! I was able to raise over 300 dollars 🙂
