Sweet Basil Dressing
Miss Rachel's Pantry
A go-to dressing for salads, particularly if there are tomatoes or cucumbers in the mix. All that’s needed as far as equipment is a blender (not a food processor) and you’ll have a delicious dressing that lasts 2 weeks in the fridge.
- 1 cup mild oil (like sunflower)
- 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup agave nectar
- 2.5 cups fresh basil (small stems are okay if your blender is powerful enough!)
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients into a blender and run until it’s completely smooth. Ta da!
